I landed the first in-house design role at Direct Energy Business. The team was struggling with inconsistent creative and need for B2C vs. B2B brand differentiation. I stepped in by writing and developing a modern, user-friendly brand style guide website (built in Marketo), significantly improving alignment between co-located marketing and creative teams.
