I transformed annual conference marketing by migrating to SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), replacing fragmented Outlook emails with personalized journeys and a custom registration landing page. This led to a surge in immediate RSVP responses and freed up approximately 10 hours of my time every week by using SFMC’s automation and reporting. I also designed the conference theme and supporting collateral.
