Members can get the card by downloading the template and printing the card, taking a screenshot of the card or saving the pdf onto their phone, or by calling Member Services to get a printed card in the mail. I worked with Fineline Printing Group to further develop an online portal for Member Services Representatives to order and ship the language access card in the member's preferred language.
